Primary Study on Plant Type and Computer Simulation of 3-Dimentional Structure of Rice Canopy

Abstract

In use of Open Graphics Library (OpenGL) and VC++6.0 software development tool, visible simulation of plant and canopy 3-dimentional structure of two rice variety , Shennong265 and Qiuguang, was made by means of triangle approach. Simulation results fit the basic character of the plant and population. Good basis was made for further research of light distribution.
