Since the government implemented the develop-the-west strategy, enormous changes has taken place in every undertaking of western society. Although Western countryside education has obtained relative development on many scale such as people’s degree of receiving education in countryside, investment of education, teaching conditions, teachers’ qualities and construction of vocational education’s system , there is still greater disparity compared with other developed areas’ countryside. At the same time, the rural educational undertaking of west still has many restrict factors such as lack of education funds, poor condition of education ,unreasonable arrangement of courses and shortage of non-agricultural professional educational institution ,etc. This article puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions on developing western countryside education on the basis of surveying and studying disparity.
