Isolation of mycellia from wild Russula sp.

Abstract

The conditions for isolation of mycelia from wild Russula sp .were studied. The results indicated that the efficiencies of isolation were markedly affected by media and isolation tissue. The binucleate status of the isolated mycelia was confirmed microscopically.
