Innovative methods for predicting of Litchi fruit borer(Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley)

Abstract

Through the temperature-controlling test,based on the local weather data, field survey and the examination of indoor-rearing, we developed innovative methods for predicting of Litchi fruit borer(Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley) on Litchi and Longan. After application on the predicting of population development and outbreak in the orchard,the methods are very effective.
