As fresh water soaking seeds for CK, we used 14C badge skill, studied the rule of winter wheat 14C assimilative matter’s producing and running distribution through soaking seeds by Na’s 778 revulsant. The result shows that: soaking seeds by Na’s 778 revulsant can apparently improve the comparatively photosynthesis rate and assimilative amount of every organs and hole plant of winter wheat, mainly improve the outspread leaves and the top of coronal layer of wheat in the bearing prophase, and more apparently in improving the coronal under layer in bearing anaphase. Soaking seeds by Na’s 778 revulsant have improved the input percentage of every nutrition organs to ears and roots, it’s benefit to promote the growth of wheat, and has made a base to get higher yield of wheat.
