Multi-genes co-transformation is very important for studying on metabolic pathway which were controlling by Multi-genes and generation maker-free transgenic plants. This article summarized the advance of the co-transformation research in recent years, especially expatiated the new types, mechanism , effect factors and application foreground of Agrobacterium-mediated co-transformation systems .
