Abstract

This paper reviewed the recent advances of tomato transgenic technique application in disease and insect resistance ,herbicide resistance ,adversity resistance ,delay fruit senescence and quality improvement .The study of tomato plant regeneration and transgenic tomato planting in China were also reviewed.
