12 random primers were used to pre-amplify genome DNA of 27 inner Mongolian Cashmere goat, and 4 primers which producing better polymorphic DNA were selected on RAPD analysis. 51markers including 47 variable markers were observed in this study. The polymorphic frequency was 0.84 and the length of amplified fragments among176~2940bp. Studies of relationship between RAPD markers and cashmere yield and body weight of Inner Mongolian cashmere goat showed that: ABCFHO of CY0816 and INR of F09 were superior combined types on cashmere yield; GIJOPQR of CY0816was superior combined type on body weight.
