In order to explore the planting models of high yield and quality for the high oil maize grown in north and west in Guizhou that we can accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure. The relationship between the high oil maize yield 、oil yield and four main cultural factors which contained planting density、application of N、P and K were studied, andmathematical models were established by using the multi-quadric regressive orthogonal rotary combination design . The effects of individual factor on yield and oil yield were determined by analyzing the models. After making models simulation by computer, we search and determine the optimum compositions of modeled cultivation management: density 62463~63710 individual plants/hm2 , N 321.79~359.04kg/hm2, P2O5319.94~345.32 kg/hm2, K2O 293.64~333.30 kg/hm2.
