Based on the past researches about the transformation situation of agriculture fruits in China, the author pointed out the main reasons which caused the low transformation rate: The present mechanism of expanding agriculture technologies cannot go well with market economy; Agriculture fruits which had been produced cannot apply to practical production; Those who were engaged in expanding agriculture technologies cannot possess a complete knowledge structure; The lack of well-organized cooperation mechanism between agriculture education, study andpopularize and also the obstacles of transformation itself, etc. Then some corresponding measures may be given according to the above.
