The sustainable agriculture development must depend on the sustainable development of soil fertility. Due to partiality for a particular kind of chemical fertilizer or application of single chemical fertilizer and the decrease of organic fertilizer used in agriculture for along time ,a lot of problems has heen arisen such as soil fertility decrease ,environment pollution and a decline in quality of agricultural products ,etc. the industrialized method in utilization of organic fertilizer is a new way to solve the problem of environment pollution and to promote the use of the organic fertilizer, it is also a need to promote the sustainable agriculture development. A proposal of carrying out organic fertilizer industry has been put forward in this paper.
