Physics characters and chemical components of eggs between randomly-rearing native hen and cage-rearing commercial hen were determined. The results shows that proportion of yolk, yolk colour, haugh unit, phosphor in eggshell and essential amino acid more 23.09%、54.1%、17.57%、88.89% and 11.34% than those of caging commercial hen, eggshell intensity of native hen egg is bigger; Content of a few trace elements are not difference. It indicated that nutrition value of native hen egg better than those of caging commercial hen's.
